Investment Director at Bpifrance Investissement, Philippe graduated from École Polytechnique Montréal and holds a MBA from INSEAD. He has over 20 years of investment experience in life sciences.
Emmanuelle Coutanceau,
representing Novo Holdings
Partner at Novo Holdings, Emmanuelle has more than 10 years of venture capital experience. Before joining Novo Holdings, she was a partner at Auriga Partners, specializing in life sciences, and worked at Omnes Capital. She serves on the boards of Draupnir, Minervax, IO Biotech, Heparegenix and Inthera.
Chloé Schiaffino,
representing Bpifrance’s SPI fund
Chloé began her career as Finalcial Consultant with EY. For ten years, she assisted leading French and international groups and investment funds with teir complex financial projects. In 2017, she joined the M&A team of SNCF Group. Since 2018, she has been an Investment Director for the SPI Fund at Bpifrance. Chloé graduated from Science Po and holds a Master 2 degree in Finance from Panthéon-Assas University.
Louis de Lillers,

CEO of CorWave since 2015, Louis has over 10 years of experience in the fields of LVAD and venture capital. He previously co-founded PlugMed, a medtech company and worked at Clipperton Finance and Sofinnova Partners. Louis graduated from EDHEC Business School and holds a university degree in artificial heart and circulatory support from Pitié-Salpêtrière.
Wen Wen Cheng,
representing Ysios Capital
Head of Legal at Ysios Capital, Wen Wen holds a degree in Law and a degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. Prior to joining Ysios, Wen Wen developed her career as a lawyer at Cuatrecasas where she specialized in M&A, cross-border transactions, private equity, corporate group restructuring, and real estate transactions, as well as in contractual and corporate law matters. Throughout her career, she has been involved in several buying and selling processes of companies in different sectors.
Marie Meynadier,

A graduate from Sup Telecom with a doctorate from Ecole Normale Supérieure, she has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of medical technologies and high-tech. Over her career, Marie has led major national and international development programs that have led to the creation of several start-ups in the fields of electronics, optics and microelectronics. She has been exclusively dedicated to EOS imaging since 2008.
Anne Reiser,
representing EIC fund
Anne has decades of experience in the medtech industry. She notably spent 10 years at ResMed, a NYSE-listed medtech company, where she advanced to the global executive committee, serving as President of Europe and later overseeing the EMEA-APAC-Japan region. She played a key role in the company’s growth, contributing to its rise to the S&P 500 in July 2017. Anne has also gained solid knowledge of heart failure, having successfully developed at Medtronic the implantable defibrillator market in France in the 1990s. She holds a master’s degree in business from ESC Clermont-Ferrand, a law degree, and an Executive Master from Sciences Po Paris.
