Job description

Working in CorWave’s English-speaking and multicultural environment, you will assist the CEO and CFO in their missions, and occasionally other members of the Comex.

Your main missions will be :

  • Diary management: organize the diary according to priorities, plan meetings and regular events, organize external appointments / lunches, manage interactions with the personal diary,
  • Mailbox management: drafting, sorting messages, identifying urgent and priority e-mails, making summaries and reminders, managing spam, responding directly to certain messages,
  • Contact management: follow-up of important contacts (investors and international clinicians), keeping follow-up dashboards, profiling of contacts and leads, organization of site visits,
  • Briefings: prepare daily summary briefs, analyze priorities,
  • Meetings: participate in the effectiveness of meetings, prepare the agenda of meetings in conjunction with other team members and the General Manager, write minutes,
  • Travel management for the CEO and some members of the Executive Committee: booking accommodation, transportation, tickets for events, expense reports, etc,
  • Administrative: sorting and archiving paper documents, correspondence, invoices, and more generally performing administrative tasks,
  • Legal: routine secretarial work, filing and archiving, preparation of Board of Directors and General Meetings / monitoring of major contracts and NDAs, alerting before renewal deadlines,
  • Projects: supporting the company’s digital transformation / optimizing/implementing robust processes to support growth / various one-off projects to assist the the CEO and the CFO with their missions.


You have a proven experience (+15 years) in high level assistantship and have already worked with an Exco. Your level of French and English are excellent.

Your excellent interpersonal skills, your reactivity, your ability to synthesize and your excellent writing skills in French and English will enable you to succeed in this position. You also have a good command of the office package (Word, Power Point, Excel).

You are recognized for your discretion, your autonomy, your sense of service and your ability to manage priorities and anticipate the expectations and needs of a manager. You are used to high level contacts.

  • Position to be filled as soon as possible
