Job description
Within the human resources team and reporting directly to the VP HR, the Talent Manager will be in charge of managing the recruitment/integration and training/skills development components of the company. In a context of growth, the HR function is organized and professionalized. The position holder will be part of a modern dynamic in the image of the company and will contribute to the partner positioning of the HR function.
As such, you will be responsible for the following missions:
1/ Recruitment, integration and retention of our future talent
- Manage the recruitment process from A to Z in line with the company’s development projects :
- Define recruitment needs for all positions (permanent, fixed-term, work-study, internships),
- Define the search strategy to respond appropriately to recruitment missions
- Source candidates via jobboards and direct approach via LinkedIn,
- Manage external service providers in support of the activity (recruitment firms, temporary employment agencies, etc.)
- Evaluate the profiles selected via candidate interviews,
- Follow the candidate pool …
- Define, manage and lead the integration paths for employees
- Help define and implement talent retention policy
- Help define and deploy the company’s employer brand
2/ Training and skills development
- Define and develop a skills development plan in line with the company’s strategic directions
- Support managers in identifying needs and deciding priorities
- Implement and monitor the various actions of the plan as part of a mixed approach (internal/external training, face-to-face, distance, etc.) and corresponding to needs (skills development, mobility/promotion, managerial development, etc.)
- Provide the administrative part of the training (agreement, support files, etc.)
- Draw up and carry out budget monitoring (expenditure, subsidies, etc.)
- Support the implementation of development paths
3/ HR cross-functional projects
- Contribute to the implementation of transversal HR projects: HR digitization tool projects, HR communication, QVCT, etc.
Qualifications
With a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences, you :
- Have at least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment.
- Are imperatively proficient in written and oral English (level B2/ C1)
- Recognized for your expertise in recruitment and talent management
- Have experience in the industrial sector on various profiles: engineers, technicians, support functions, operators…
- Have an excellent relationship and have a sense of service
- Are open minded and curious
- Are comfortable in an innovative, changing and multicultural environment
- Demonstrate rigor, organization, autonomy and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Have an analytical mind
- Are comfortable with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have an appetite for HR business tools (HRIS, ATS recruitment, etc.)
Compensation and logistics
- Position to be filled as soon as possible
