Office Manager M/W
Job description
The Office Manager is the point of contact and support for CorWavers in all matters relating to the management of reception, logistics and the fitting out/maintenance of premises. He/She assists the CFO by also carrying out missions in the areas of purchasing and finance.
Your responsibilities will cover the following:
Facility management
- Management of the office/premises budget
- Management of the maintenance, fitting out of the premises (cleaning, furniture, supplies, air conditioning…), security, and ecological impact. Supervision of various service providers
- Management of mail (reception and processing, writing), telephone and physical reception with the assistant
Finance/Administration
- Supplier payments (follow-up, control and preparation) / Relations with the bank
- Processing and archiving of invoices, in collaboration with the assistant and the finance team
- Synthesis, follow-up tables and reporting
Purchasing
- Supervision of the Assistant, and back up if needed
- Verification of order processing within the deadlines, optimization of purchases (costs and timelines)
Communication
- Organization of internal events in partnership with HR
- Management of communication supports (signage, mail templates and others).
Projects
- Support the company’s digital transformation
- Environmental impact: implementation of ecofriendly processes and best practice
- Improvement of quality of life at work
- Optimization/implementation of robust processes to support growth
- Various one-off projects to assist the CFO or the CEO in their missions
Qualifications
With a minimum of Bac+2/3, you have at least 5 years of professional experience.
You master the Pack Office with an advanced Excel level.
Autonomous and motivated, you want to invest yourself in a young innovative company.
You have a real sense of service, know how to manage priorities, show rigor, discretion, dynamism and also good relationship skills, essential in this position.
