Job description

We are looking for an IT and Digitalization Projects Manager whose main mission will be to orchestrate the effective transformation of our business processes and the implementation of innovative technological solutions (SaaS).

Our company is firmly committed to continuously improving its operational efficiency in all areas, and we are looking for a professional capable of catalyzing this change and driving our organization forward towards excellence.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Drawing up specifications with the business
  • Identification of internal and external solutions, benchmarking and selection of the right tools on the market
  • Organization and management of project implementation (key parameter-setting phases with the business, data migration in-house or with an integrator, ensuring acceptance, etc.)
  • Adaptation of business processes
  • Provide training for users and ensure that they are using the system
  • Manage the day-to-day running of tools following their implementation (access management, training updates, parameterization updates, etc.)
  • Provide local IT support (hardware, network, etc.) and network administration in collaboration with the Security Expert (TBC depending on profile)
  • Management of 2 juniors (former work-study students recently recruited on permanent contracts)
  • Cross-functional position enabling you to work in collaboration with all the company’s business lines. Example of use cases already identified – non-exhaustive list: in the following areas, Production and Supply (front and back office), Finance, HR, Quality, etc.

  • You have at least 5 years’ higher education from a specialized school (IT, Computing, Networking, Cybersecurity).
  • You have at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar position in a start-up or scale-up environment (a regulated environment is a plus)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this position (international environment).
Specific knowledge
  • Ability to keep abreast of emerging technological trends and innovations in the field of process transformation, as well as market developments
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations in the company’s business areas, such as ISO standards, compliance regulations, etc.
  • Knowledge of process transformation tools and technologies, including SaaS software, process automation tools (RPA), ERP systems, CRM, etc.
Technical skills
  • Implementation of technological solutions, in particular SaaS tools
  • Ability to lead and coach a team, delegate tasks, motivate team members and foster their professional development
  • Mastery of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall, as well as planning, monitoring and risk management techniques
  • Ability to analyze data and identify process inefficiencies, as well as propose innovative solutions to improve them.
People skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, presenting information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to lead and coach a team, delegate tasks, motivate team members and foster their professional development
  • Ability to design and deliver training to end-users on new processes and tools, and to promote skills development within the team.
