Presentation of the missions

As the right-hand man of the Human Resources Director, you will be a major player in the transformation of the company and will work in close cooperation with the other teams of the company, as a true Business Partner. You will have the ability to adapt to changes in the company and may be required to intervene in the context of change management.

More specifically, your main missions will be :

Participate in the definition and implementation of the recruitment plan,
Participate in the implementation of the talent acquisition and retention policy according to the company’s needs (sourcing tools, onboarding, impatriation, employee loyalty through the Employer Brand, internal mobility, etc.),
Analysing and steering the training plan and actions as a tool for building employee loyalty and managing skills: budget, identifying employees and proposing training adapted to their development needs,
Participate in the implementation of career and skills management tools (job descriptions, salary scales, job mapping, performance evaluation, etc.),
Monitor remuneration and benefits: market benchmark on similar sectors, internal salary grid, analysis of benefits.

Manage the reporting of its activity,
Supporting the HRD in the management of the CSE (elections, preparation of meetings, follow-up of legal obligations and delegation hours)

Ensuring compliance with the RGPD and managing intellectual property aspects,
Managing various projects including HR digitisation,
Ideally supervise payroll and personnel administration aspects.

Profile required

You speak French and English very well (working language is English)

You have a Master 2 in Human Resources, if possible from a school such as Celsa, Ciffop, Paris-Dauphine, IGS, ESSEC, Science Po, IAE Paris, etc

Very good level of Excel, office suite, if possible knowledge of several HRIS

Main skills acquired: GPEC, training, social law, recruitment

Soft skills required for this position: organised, rigorous, dynamic, proactive, loyal, discreet, agile, curious, able to find information, synthetic.

Experience required : Minimum 6 -8 years of which 4 years of consecutive experience.
