Job description

As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of a medical device. This role involves identifying and implementing technical solutions based on specifications defined by the quality team, using resources allocated to the project.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Analysis and organization of specifications to identify technical solutions
  • Design of prototypes and test protocols to evaluate the performance of technical solutions in relation to specifications
  • Analysis of tests to verify and validate specifications
  • Drafting of an activity report to document results and conclusions.

Key responsibilities and actions:

  • Identify and validate technical solutions that comply with the requirements specified in critical projects
  • Meet deadlines set for each stage of the project
  • Follow-up of quality documentation throughout the development process
  • Technical reference for trainees, technicians and junior engineers, providing guidance and support.


  • You have at least a master’s degree in one of the following engineering disciplines: mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering.
  • You have at least 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar position in the medical device field, or in a variety of demanding environments (high production quality) such as aeronautics, aerospace, automotive or other regulated mechanical industries.
  • Fluency in written English is essential for this position (international environment).
Specific knowledge
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Project, CAD software (preferably Solidworks), numerical analysis software (FEA), results analysis language (Python, Matlab, R, etc.).
Technical skills
  • Identify the causes of a problem using appropriate failure analysis tools, and propose an activity organization for its resolution.
  • Write and revise test protocols and analysis reports in compliance with quality documentation.
  • Drawing up specifications using appropriate tools.
