Job description
As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production team, operating in a controlled atmosphere zone (CAZ).
Your role will be to produce assemblies and/or sub-assemblies based on technical files and manufacturing orders.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Set up and check workstation preparation
- Management of document conformity and parts supply
- Alert in case of non-conformity throughout the process via an NMR
- Assemble parts according to manufacturing file procedure
- Verification and control (visual, three-dimensional) of sub-assembly or assembly conformity
- Complete DHR (Device History Record) sheets for manufactured products
- Contribute to the ZAC’s continuous improvement process
- Passing on skills and supporting the integration of new arrivals
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and entire work area in compliance with standards
- Contribute to life in the Controlled Atmosphere Zone (stocking consumables, emptying garbage cans, etc.)
- Perform 1st level preventive maintenance on work area equipment, following appropriate procedures
- Communicate on the day’s progress, reporting any anomalies, etc.
- Apply safety instructions at work and in daily behavior.
Qualifications
- You have at least a BTS, DUT or Licence Pro degree.
- You have at least 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the medical devices field, or in a variety of demanding environments (high production quality) such as aeronautics, aerospace, automotive or other regulated mechanical industries, especially in clean rooms or grey rooms (ZAC).
- Fluency in written and spoken French is essential for this position.
Specific knowledge
- Know and apply good manufacturing practices for Class III medical devices.
Technical skills
- Use of a microscope
- Know how to use production equipment specific to medical devices (sealing, cleaning, laser welding, etc.).
People skills
- Thoroughness
- Sense of pedagogy (reporting, expressing malfunctions, etc.)
- Curiosity and awareness of new technologies
